Most of the time, leftover fried fish will no extended style superior when taken a day soon after it is cooked. Ingredients:
- 1 kilo fish
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Cooking oil for frying
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup ripe tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp environmentally friendly onions (finely sliced)
Cooking Method:
- Clear fish and rub with salt and pepper. Established apart for an hour and drain perfectly.
- In a frying pan, heat ample oil to cover fish. Fry full fish above medium heat until it is mild brown. Do not overcook. Area on a serving platter.
- Saute garlic in 3 tablespoons cooking oil till gentle brown. Add onions and cook dinner till transparent.
