Most of the time, leftover fried fish will no extended style superior when taken a day soon after it is cooked.   • 1 kilo fish
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup ripe tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp environmentally friendly onions (finely sliced)

Cooking Method:

  • Clear fish and rub with salt and pepper. Established apart for an hour and drain perfectly.
  • In a frying pan, heat ample oil to cover fish. Fry full fish above medium heat until it is mild brown. Do not overcook. Area on a serving platter.
  • Saute garlic in 3 tablespoons cooking oil till gentle brown. Add onions and cook dinner till transparent.
  • Include tomatoes and keep on cooking around small warmth, lined. Stir sometimes until the combination is the consistency of catsup. Period to style with salt and pepper.
  • Eliminate sauce from warmth and pour more than fish. Garnish with green onions.
